Domaine Grard & Pierre Morin has farmed in Bu Sancerre's most prized village for generations. Pierre Morin, who trained at Burgundy's legendary Domaine Dujac, farms organically (certified Bio AB) with extremely low yields and entirely manual harvest. "Chne Marchand" is Bu's most famous single vineyard gravelly limestone and Morin's richest,
