Description
Biodynamic blend of mostly Barbera and a small amount of Nebbiolo
Base wine made from locally grown Garganega and Trebbiano di Lugana
On the nose the main note is given by the Elderflower and the aromatic Sweet Flag
It was meant as an herbal tonic using mountain herbs to settle the stomach after meals and for other various medicinal purposes
The sandy soils of the vineyard are the floor of an ancient sea
