Aromatically, it is expressive and complex, the result of the perfect combination of vines from the Agrelo and Ugarteche terroirs. On the nose, notes of spices, eucalyptus and red peppers emerge; cherry notes also appear that continue with a slight vegetable edge. On the palate, its attack is soft with a great aromatic intensity of menthol, herbs, grass and cherry. Ideal for pairing roasted vegetables and red meats of
