To use the Elastrator Tool: Thread the Vapor Pin sampling device into a secure cover or the installation extraction tool. Insert the Prongs of the Elastrator into the sleeve. Squeeze the Elastrator to open, and push the Vapor Pin sampling device into the sleeve.
